Red Apron
Dear

Cupcakes. Cupcakes in my youth were dry chocolate sponge with a rather glutenous chocolate topping held in a silver foil cake case and left a lot to be desired. They were better than the Lincoln biscuit which was the alternative but that wasn't saying much!.

Cupcakes made by Paul in our Reigate Shop

Demo in Cobham:

Now, cupcakes are a completely different beast. They're trendy, sexy and delicious. In fact they are so popular that the cupcake stands that we normally sell masses off (as shown above, retailing at £19.95 when they come back in) have run out of stock with our supplier and won't be back in stock till June. Paul and Gill in the Reigate shop have been demonstrating how to decorate them recently and this Saturday Paul is doing the same thing in Cobham

Help?

In the meanwhile, I'm talking to our cake decorating supplier to see how we meet your demand for the decorating side of cupcake making. However, I'm not a cupcake maker and I'd like your help. I'd like to know what you'd like to be able to buy from us for cake decorating and perhaps cupcake making in particular.

So if you're a cupcake maker and have a list of the things you need please click on this link to email your shopping list to me and I'll see what I can do.

Oh and lastly we do some rather nice trendy (1950's style) glass 3 tier cake stands at £29.95 that do a similar job to the one above but also treble as 3 footed cake stands in their own right.

Many thanks,

Andrew

P.S. The Riedel Event. We still have some places left on our two last Riedel evenings in June, the 17th & 18th. So to get a wine tasting and £90 worth of Riedel glasses for a mere £35,  book now.
