So What's Happening at Leaders?

Annual Meeting, Student Loans, Business Partner Perks, and Mobile Banking!

We started the year with a resolution to "Invest in Each Other", and we hope that you've seen that taking place as time has passed over the first four months.

Since the year started, we've had strong continued growth in our first quarter, held our 53rd Annual Meeting, launched mobile banking, and we're on-pace to fund more student loans than ever before!  Even more: we've made business checking and lending services available and we've announced a business partner perks program that will make our services even more accessible to employers and their staff.  We're committed to making your experience with Leaders Credit Union better than ever and I hope you'll take advantage of all the new and exciting services we have to offer.

Sincerely,

Mobile Banking Live and Available for Use

We announced at the beginning of the year that mobile banking would be available for all mobile phones via mobile web for enabled devices and SMS text-based alerts for all devices.  As of Monday, April 25, you now have access to all our mobile services.
App
If you have a web-enabled mobile device, you can browse to our website at www.leaderscu.com, as you normally would from your desktop.  Log in with your member number and password and you'll be able to view balances, create transfers and pay bills straight from your device.  Try it now!

We are also offering SMS text-based alerts.  You can activate these alerts by logging into home banking from your desktop computer and activating alerts on your mobile device.  It only takes minutes, and you will receive text messages related to your balances and bill payments as you request.

Remember that your carrier may charge fees for data transmission or text messages.  Please check with your cellular provider for details.
CU Student Choice to host web conference for parents of graduating high school seniors
Victory
It's that exciting time of year.  Grass starts to grow, flowers bloom, Easter, and high school graduation.  It brings back fond memories for most of us, but it's also a reminder that college looms ahead and with it comes high tuition expenses.

Well fear not, for Leaders Credit Union has the solution.  Partnering with CU Student Choice, our private student loan provider, we are happy to announce that you will be able to participate in a web conference entitled, Understanding Your Award Letter (click the title to register for the webinar).  The conference will take place on Monday, May 10 at 6:00PM local time.  We hope to "see" you there!

We're also excited to announce that we now have funding available for select students at our local campus, Jackson State Community College.  To apply, students will be able to visit our application page for resources and funding sources.

In the midst of all the hard work going on at Leaders, we took time this year to film a video that highlights the efforts of our staff members.  We hope this piece will help to illustrate just how dedicated we are to improving your member experience and driving your financial success!
Coming Soon: Business Partner Perks!
In March, many of our business partners attended our Appreciation Luncheon at the Jackson Country Club to hear Barry Phillips present The Blessing.  At that time, we received feedback that many of our business partners would like to see "perks" offered to their employees.  We're happy to announce that soon we will be offering a business partner perks package to larger employers in our network.  Click here to inquire about further information.
