A tiny woman peeks through the cracks of the walls of her home. Nervously, she fingers the thick hoop wrapped snugly around her waist. Will this be the day? Cracking open the front door, she scans the thick forest surrounding her home. Seeing and hearing no one, she scales down the ladder to the ground. Careful to stay in the shadow beneath the raised multi-family dwelling, she makes her way to the village well. As quietly as she can, she collects her daily water supply and steals back to her home.
