Happy Anniversary Preservation Kitchen
In the midst of change and consolidation Gary and Susan Southwick, are celebrating Preservation Kitchen's Fourth Anniversary!
As you may know, they have been serving the community for more than 16 years now at the Main Street AleHouse, and more recently, at Preservation Kitchen. Last month, they sadly lost their lease on the AleHouse building on Main Street in Bothell.
Instead of abandoning their loyal AleHouse customers - many of whom they have shared special memories with over the years - they decided to move the AleHouse to the beautiful Kaysner Estate that houses Preservation Kitchen.
The beautiful main front dining room and the private dining rooms located upstairs will continue as Preservation Kitchen with the same menu, kitchen, and service. The bar and the adjoining dining room are now the AleHouse serving more casual pub fare with 15 beers on tap, extensive wine list, and infused libations.
