Guest Speaker: Randy Spitzer, "How the best organizations in the world survive in a down economy and thrive when times are good".

Organizations today face a number of tough challenges including a lingering recession, tough competition and rapidly changing markets. But it turns out that the best organizations in the world are not distracted by these problems. Rather they stay focused on three key strategic issues that enable them to survive and thrive:
1) Consistently delivering customer value
2) Create a sense of urgency
3) Build a healthy work environment

No registration is required.
