Candidates Forum Thursday, October 6 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
The Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce is sponsoring a Candidates Forum to provide Bothell City Council candidates an opportunity to publicly address important issues that affect our community.
This event will be held in the City of Bothell Council Chambers (10116 NE 183rd Street, Bothell) and is open to the public. Candidates will be given an opportunity to provide a brief opening and/or closing statement, as well as equal time to respond to specific questions. As citizens of Bothell, if you have questions or topics of interest for the candidates, please submit them to the Chamber by Friday, September 30. The forum will be facilitated by Kenyon Chan, Chancellor of University of Washington Bothell.

5th Annual Chilifest: Chefs Wanted! Thursday, October 13 5:30 - 7:30 PM
Warm up at t he October 13th Chilifest in Bothell to support Hopelink
An annual tradition, come to downtown Bothell's premier chili event, held in conjunction with the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce. Sample the culinary wares of 15 chili chefs. There is no admission charge so please bring a can of chili, or other non-perishable food item, or cash donation. Each $1 or food item donated gets you a single Vote for People's Choice.
Chilifest is hosted by Evergreen Washelli and sponsored by the Greater Bothell Chamber of Commerce.

Harvest Festival at Country Village Saturday & Sunday, October 8-9 11:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Stroll the grounds decorated with corn stalks, scarecrows and pumpkins while you enjoy live music and dance performances on the stage. Paint a pumpkin in our Pumpkin Painting room! Frightfully Fun "Haunted Trails" Returns to Bastyr University Friday & Saturday October 14-15 & 21-22 5:00 - 11:00 PM
Get ready for two weekends of spooky fun in the forest behind Bastyr University's Kenmore campus!
Volunteer teams of University students, faculty and staff are filling the forest with frightfully enjoyable activities for the 13th annual "Haunted Trails," one of the biggest scarefests in the area for teenagers and adults, as well as trick-or-treating for children ages 7 and younger. And it's all for a good cause, as proceeds benefit student study abroad programs. "The Unexpected Guest" to play at the Northshore Senior Center Fridays and Sundays in October & November
 "THE UNEXPECTED GUEST" will be performed by Curtain Call Theatre in our very own Northshore Senior Center.

PLOT: On a foggy night, Michael Starkwedder enters the home of the Warwicks through a window in the study. He finds the dead body of Richard Warwick, and finds Warwick's wife, Laura, holding a gun that supposedly killed him. Despite the murder being obvious, and overwhelming evidence pointing towards it, Starkwedder does not believe she killed him, and she soon tells him she's innocent.
Fridays at 8:00 pm: October 21st, 28th, and November 11th Sundays at 3:30 pm: October 23rd, 30th, November 6th and 13th
