Finish the day with a wine tasting featuring 20 Washington wineries, each one located in a different shop.

 

Proceeds to benefit our Chamber and a portion of ticket sales will be given to earthquake and tsunami relief efforts.

WhatsSup Stand-Up Paddle & Surf, is a surface water sport, a variant of surfing where the surfer uses a paddle to move through the water while standing on a surfboard. Stand up paddle surfing is derived from its Polynesian roots. The Hawaiian translation is Ku Hoe He'e Nalu; to stand, to paddle, to surf a wave.

 

They offer Stand Up Paddle lessons that are suited for any ability level. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! The WhatsSup lessons allow you to get out and see the world from a whole new perspective - It's like walking on water. They have flat water lessons on Lake Washington and at Bothell Landing.

Evergreen Redmond Opening

Evergreen Hospital SmallThe Grand Opening Celebration and Community Open House for the Evergreen Medical Center in Redmond will be held on Saturday, March 19 at 8980 161st Ave. NE, Redmond.

Guests are invited to participate in a symbolic art project that weaves words of hope into a wall hanging. The art pieces will decorate the new facility in Bella Bottega Shopping Center.

Children are invited to bring dolls or teddy bears to the Community Open House for free health checks. There will be other children's activities, adult blood pressure checks, CPR lessons, and Ask the Expert booths where you can ask brief questions of a health care provider. There will be self-guided tours and light refreshments. The first 1,500 children attending the event will receive free EverBears (teddy bears)

Evergreen Medical Center in Redmond will open for patients Monday, March 21.
