During this session, you will learn the basics of developing and maintaining your website. Come be part of this
training session that will provide you the knowledge to prepare a top notch website for 2012-13 school year. Time
will be allotted for you to work on your individual site.

During this session, you will acquire a more in-depth knowledge of the various functionalities within Schoolwires. You will learn about page layout, apps, multimedia and more that will help you build a more robust site for 2012-13. Time will be allotted for you to work on your individual site.

The Birdville Education Foundation recently awarded 51 innovative teacher grants totaling $136,369.47 to fund programs and projects at 29 BISD campuses. This is the largest amount the Foundation has awarded in their annual teacher grants. This was made possible due to an increase in BISD employee contributions, corporate giving, and from the Foundation's annual fundraiser. The Foundation has given more than $1 million dollars and funded more than 600 teacher projects. Grant recipients have initiated programs directly benefiting BISD students.
