It is important that every staff member confirm their information in HCM eApplication at least once a year. The district uses the phone number listed as the primary or main number to call in case of closing or delaying school because of inclement weather. This can either be your home or cell number.
Thank you for taking time to verify all of your contact information.
To review and update personal information:
> Visit the district homepage
- Click on "for Staff"
- Click on HCM eApplications - follow login information on the page
- Once logged in, Click on Employee Self Service
- Click on Personal Information

Important Information from TIMS Technical Services

Please remember to power off all computers, monitors, and printer equipment before you leave for Winter Break. Even though we have a nightly shutdown procedure in place, we want to ensure all electronic equipment is powered off over the next two weeks. This also includes any general purpose labs and student machines in classrooms. When you return on Monday Jan. 2nd, your computer may be a little slow from being off for several days - please allow it to run a virus scan and install any missing updates.
