Engagement Survey

Today, you have the opportunity for your opinions to be heard regarding employee engagement. You are invited to take the short and confidential BISD Q12 Employee Engagement Survey. You are encouraged to interpret the questions according to your own unique circumstances. BISD staff will have until December 12, to complete the survey, so make sure your opinions count.

100 percent participation in the survey is important so that we can best identify what is working in BISD, and what the current challenges are for the district. Your responses to this survey will enable us to create a stronger, more supportive working environment for you.

Since individual responses are confidential, all results of the survey will be reported in groups. To further protect your confidentiality, composite statistics will not be reported for any grouping smaller than five respondents.
