Members to the Hall of Fame are chosen for their dedication to theatre performance in Texas and to the aims of the Educational Theatre Association, as well as their contributions to Texas educational theatre and continued standards of excellence. Ayers served as Texas Thespians State Director for six years.
This year's group will be inducted in Houston on Dec. 3 at the George R. Brown Convention Center as a part of the Texas Thespians State Festival.
