BAEOP Awards Two Scholarships
Birdville Association of Educational Office Personnel (BAEOP) recently awarded two $500 scholarships. The W.A. Porter Scholarships went to Mabil Zaldivar, Haltom High senior, and Tyler Barke, Richland High senior. Both students will major in business administration in the fall.

 North Ridge Middle Selected for 2011 Best Practice Making Middle Grades Work State Award
Congratulations North Ridge Middle School for being selected for a 2011 Best Practice Making Middle Grades Work State Award (MMGW). This selective, highly competitive award is based on each of the MMGW 10 Key Practices. North Ridge earned this award based on their outstanding practice in the area of Use of Technology for Learning. North Ridge will be honored at the 2010 HSTW/MMGW State Meeting on June 7. |
