The communications department publishes the employee newsletter "e-nlightened" each week so staff can keep in touch with what is going on across the district.  E-mail your pictures and a brief description to Communications and we will include them as space permits.

BISD Closed Wednesday, February 9, 2011

Birdville ISD will be closed on Wednesday, Feb. 9 due to the severe winter weather. School will resume Thursday, Feb. 10 at the normal times. If this changes, updates will be posted on the district's website, facebook, twitter and in the B-News and e-nlightened.

 
Note:  BISD's student bad weather make-up day is Friday, April 22. Staff bad weather make-up day is Saturday, May 7.
