The communications department publishes the employee newsletter "e-nlightened" each week so staff can keep in touch with what is going on across the district.  E-mail your pictures and a brief description to Communications and we will include them as space permits.

BISD Employee Engagement Survey 

On November 29, Gallup will send all employees an invitation via e-mail to participate in the BISD Q12 Employee Engagement Survey, which will again provide valuable feedback to the district on various aspects of employee engagement. The invitation will include a unique access code and a link to Gallup's website where you can complete the online survey.
 
Gallup will keep individual responses to the survey completely confidential.
 
We are looking for 100 percent participation. Please take five minutes to complete the survey in order for your opinions to be heard.

        

BHS FootballBirdville High School's football team has advanced to the Regional Round in the UIL playoffs. They will play Wichita Falls Rider at 2 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 27 at Pennington Field. Presale tickets are $5 for students and $7 for adults. Tickets at the gate are $9. Presale tickets will be sold at Birdville High School until 2 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 23.
