Birdville ISD Website Gets Facelift
In order to make BISD's website more user-friendly, the district has made the following changes:
- Quick Links were moved to the upper right corner to make it easier to find the links most used by visitors;
- Facebook, Twitter and Skyward icons/links were added to the upper left for easy identification; and
- Search has been moved to the menu bar. The search feature has been improved to provide more accurate searches of the district's website.

Run for Roses 5K Supports All-Birdville Marching Band
BISD's Fine Arts Department is sponsoring Run for the Roses 5K at 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 at the Fine Arts/Athletics Complex. Register online at www.bisdroseparade.com by Friday, Dec. 10. Proceeds help support the All-Birdville Marching Band as they march in the 122nd Rose Parade�. For information, call 817-547-5921.

New Albertsons in Watauga Supports Local Campuses

At the ribbon cutting of the new Albertsons in Watauga, the store manager presented checks to Watauga Middle School and Hardeman and Watauga elementaries. The new Albertsons on the corner of Rufe Snow and Mid Cities Blvd. Also at the ribbon cutting, the principals had the opportunity to meet the Cheetos Cheetah. |
