canprincipalHaltom vs. Richland in "Can the Principal"

Help us move the high school principals out of their office and fill them with food.

Which campus will collect the most food? We will know at the end of next week.

Who will win? Those in our community that have a need.

Next week is the annual Haltom/Richland football game. This year, BISD has identified several varsity level athletic events to collect food for the Community Enrichment Center's food bank. When Richland and Birdville played each other earlier this year, they collected more than 2,100 pounds of non-perishable food that is being used to help those in need. The goal for the Haltom/Richland game is more than 3,000 pounds of food.

Feeder schools can be a part of this worthy cause by bringing can food to the game on Friday, Oct. 22.
