Phone Message Reminder
As we prepare for the upcoming holiday, please make sure all phone messages reflect current information concerning days off and returning dates for your campus or department. 
 
Campus principals need to make sure that the main campus voice mail message reflect pertinent information for your campus.

 

 Important Message from the Technical Services Desk 

WHO - All Campuses & Facilities

WHAT- Shutdown / turn off all electronic devices during the holiday break.  Also, the ticketing system (Grouplink) will be down for maintenance and unavailable for a few days during the break.

WHEN - Dec 19, 2009 - Jan 3, 2010

ACTIONS -  Please turn off all computers, including lab machines, local and network printers, office copiers, and other electronic devices that will not be used while the district is closed for the holiday break.
