WHO - All users of e-mail WHAT - E-mail will be purged. Only messages BEFORE June 1, 2009 will be purged from the system. Your contacts, tasks, & calendars will remain intact. WHEN - During the Labor Day weekend September 5-7, 2009 MORE INFO - Due to extensive construction projects during the summer, the e-mail purge which typically happens during the month of July was postponed. This is notification of the new time frame for the e-mail purge. WHAT YOU CAN DO - If there are e-mails you need to save that are dated BEFORE June 1, 2009, you will need to create a "personal folder" inside of your Outlook and move those message to this folder.
