Alpha Zeta Eta

Alpha Zeta Eta Chapter at the University of Alaska Anchorage in Anchorage, Alaska, hosted a free concert at their local Dairy Queen. The restaurant manager, who is an Alpha Phi Omega alumni, gave the chapter 10 percent of the store's profits between 6 p.m. and 9 p.m., earning more than $170 for the chapter.

Attention Chapters: You must file a 990-N with the IRS!

For the first time, every chapter with gross receipts (dues, fundraisers, etc.) totaling less than $25,000 must file a 990-N, also known as an e-postcard, with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS).

Chapter Maintenance 101: Good Standing Requirements
 
As the school year comes to a close, the National Office Staff would like to remind chapters of the yearly obligations that MUST be met in order to maintain "good standing" with the Fraternity.
