Who, What, Where?

Hello and welcome to March. I hope you have had an excellent start to the year, how quickly time creeps up on us!

From branded cupcakes to social media marketing, 2011 has been keeping me busy. In this newsletter I thought I'd share with you a few of the companies I've been working with and what marketing methods they are using for their business.

Adventure Northumberland

I met Michael and Paul the owners of Adventure Northumberland at the Northumberland Tourism conference I presented at in December and have helped them build up a presence on a variety of social media platforms.

They operate out of Cyclelife Alnwick but also provide courses and events for the outdoor enthusiast: mountain biking, canoeing, kayaking, map reading and my favourite being coasteering.

Recently Adventure Northumberland have been using 'Living Social' a daily deals site to help promote their activities.

They also run team building events so if you're looking for something to inspire and motivate your staff get in touch with them.

amh workspace

Working with companies you would happily work for permanently certainly helps which is why I'm so passionate about the service 'amh workspace' provide.

In 2010 'amh' were keen to establish their digital marketing presence. We

took a close look at the social media platforms and emarketing systems that would help them do just this.

From quarterly enewsletters created in ACT, company and senior management profiles on LinkedIn, Twitter profile and a YouTube channel 'amh' have certainly got themselves on the digital map.

Tulip and Nettle

Tulip and Nettle children`s clothes are made FOR children not BY children and are manufactured right here in the North East.

Based in a farm in beautiful Northumberland, T&N asked marketing geni to create a social media presence for them where they could share their creations with parents and grandparents across the UK.
