Greetings!

With new product announcements and updates, we've revised the Lightweight Folding Manual Wheelchair Reference Sheet with current pricing and the new MyOn and MyOn Active. The Helio has some interesting updates which are Product Features for this newsletter. Check out some key new features added to other lightweights below.

Interested in Pressure Mapping? An inservice will be held at CareLife on May 26th between 10:00am to 3:00pm. Lunch will be supplied. More information and RSVP details are below.

The Scooters on the Bus Lunch & Learn is coming May 17, 18 and 19th! Check out one of the 3 sessions. Let us know you are coming by using our RSVP.

Lightweight Wheelchair Updates

Myon Active WheelchairHere are some recent product enhancements:
  • Helio - smaller size, scissor brakes, stump support, Kourier tires. 
  • Stellato - bilateral swing away front riggings
  • MyOn - new basic lightweight manual wheelchair
  • MyOn Active - new adjustable axle position lightweight manual wheelchair with economical heavy duty option for 22" and 24" widths up to 350 lb weight capacity
  • Patriot - angle adjustable back now a no charge option
SelfCare has received our heavy duty MyOn Active demo chair and we'll follow up with more information on both models soon.

Mattress & Cushion Pressure Mapping - May 26th

Location: CareLife Fleetwood Residential Care, 8265 159th Street, Surrey (2nd floor therapy gym)
Time: 10 am - 3 pm

Mark your calendars! We are holding a free pressure mapping inservice, offered by SelfCare. The inservice will include some basic information about how to use the pressure mapping system, as well as a trial of 3 mattresses (V4 with roho inserts, isoflex and vicair) and 3 cushions. Lunch is provided.
