Greetings!
 A walker for every occasion. Worth reviewing - The Metro Walker is maybe the most portable walker in the world. The Active, ProDe3 and Topro also became available in the last year. Our updated master Walker Reference Sheet and our Walker Update are attached.
Working with the new Ministry limits - we've produced a quick reference list of 4 wheel walker options for the MSA $400 limit.
Remembrance Day: All SelfCare locations will be CLOSED on Thursday, November 11th to honour our veterans.
We hope you will join us mid November for our Circuit Inservice, and mid December for our Christmas party. Please remember to RSVP for both.

November Inservices - New Products
 Following up from the REE, please join us for a "circuit" lunch. There will be 3 stations set up throughout the store to offer a comparison and an in-depth look at some new products.
- Lightweight Wheelchairs: Motus, Catalyst4 plus the Quickie2 Lite and Helio will be on hand for comparison
- Seating: Lunar Back and MaTRx seating for comparison; the Hybrid Elite and J3 with Air to review
- Other: Heel Products - Heelzup, Maxxcare Air Heel Protector; New Aquatec products; New Standers products
Please RSVP so we have enough food and handouts for everyone. In "circuit" fashion, just drop by anytime between 11:30 am and 1:00 pm. Go to the stations you want to see. Every 20 minutes a short inservice at each station will cover products simultaneously. You can decide which of the 3 stations you want to visit - and attend the inservice for those products only, or visit all 3.

Walker Update - Metro, Active, ProDe3, Topro
 Here are some newer walkers:
- Metro - 2 wheel NARROW, ultra lightweight walker that is super easy to collapse - $159.99
- Active - super adjustable and EASY to adjust both the handle height and the seat, but heavier - $525
- ProDe3 - current 3 walker line was expanding with 2 newer models. This is on hold now that the business has been sold to Eclipse (Shoprider scooters). The Aurora Economy version similar to the Piper, standard slow down brakes on 2 models and easy to unlock D loop brakes with no snap back -$350 to $480
- Topro - Topro Troja is a European styled walker with storage in mind. Easy to use tab locks the walker in the folded position, the handles can be collapsed and then easily returned to their previous position (requires advance one time set up) - $449
Topro Taurus JHB gait walker offers a smaller footprint, but no safety harness - $2200.

MSA $400 List
We've summarized a quick reference sheet of 4 wheeled walkers that will meet the $400 limit set with the new Ministry contract. With a bit of stretch, we've included walkers listed up to $450.
