Confronting Internalized Phobias
Thursday, March 4th, 2010 4pm, LGBT Resource Center
Fear, Shame, Hate, Guilt. These are all emotions that can be associated with
internalized phobias that members of the Queer community may experience on a
regular basis. Why do we, as human beings, hate ourselves sometimes?
Why do we internalize the fear and hate that others carry about what is
unknown to them?
Please join us, as we critically explore ourselves and these questions. Light
refreshments will be served. For questions or more information, please
contact Marissa.Yenpasook@gmail.com.
