Q Camp is our orientation to the UC San Diego Lesbian Gay Bisexual Transgender community for incoming students. Q Camp will help acquaint students with LGBTQI-specific organizations, help students make connections with continuing and other incoming students, allow students to get connected with resources on and off campus (including the LGBT Resource Center), and give students an opportunity to ask questions about UCSD LGBTQI life. DECOLONIZING IDENTITIES IN MENTAL HEALTH University of San Diego: Warren Auditorium, SOLES. Mon,
Oct 5. 5:30-6:30pm Dr.
Larry Emerson is a visiting professor and consultant for Native American
Scholars and Collaborators at San Diego State University. Professor Emerson has
been an active lecturer and provided a wealth of services to urban foundations
and Indigenous Nations. Professor Emerson's research articulates:
"decolonized notions of Diné education" by describing "Diné
patterns of resistance to colonialism through the active engagement and
advocacy of Diné non-modern, traditional thought and identity."

PPIA JUNIOR SUMMER INSTITUTE Princeton University The Woodrow
Wilson School of Public and International Affairs is pleased to announce that
the 2010 PPIA Junior Summer Institute
will be held at Princeton University from June 10 through July 30, 2010.
The goal of the PPIA Junior Summer Institute is to prepare students for graduate
study and careers in public policy and international affairs. The summer
institute provides a rigorous training in policy analysis and serves as a
