How to Boil Water
Beginners, take heed!
Whether you need to brush up basic skills or
are starting out on your own and need to
learn them anew, this four-part series is for
you. For college-bound students and
newlyweds, as well as for more seasoned cooks
needing a review of fundamentals, How to Boil
Water features an introduction to cooking
ABC's and a foundation that will transfer
into your everyday meals.
This fun, interactive series is designed for
novice and everyday cooks - with an eye
toward building great cooking skills for a
lifetime. The basics, from knife skills to
sauce-making and menu planning, and from how
to read a recipe to cooking like a pro, we
will cover it all.
Three 4-class series will be offered:
June 4, 11, 18, 25, 6:30 PM
July 8, 10, 15, 17,10:30 AM *
July 22, 29, Aug 5, 12, 6:30 PM *
