Advanced Restaurant Sales has been retained to sell a regional 80+ unit franchising concept located on the east coast of the United States.

The concept is an established brand which a has a great following and brand awareness in the markets they currently operate.The brand  is poised for future growth outside their current trading geography. The Brand has been positioned as a "Fast Casual" concept since the "Contemporary Casual" prototype was unveiled in the early 80's. The new  design prototype sets the standard for the brands look of the future, featuring an assortment of exiting and contemporary textures such as natural cork, natural maple, metallic fabrics, laminated glass, stainless steel and neon.
