Our theme for May is growth and blossoming. You can see it all around you right now-trees sprouting green seemingly overnight, grass growing, tulips blooming. All have survived our long Minnesota winter and are just bursting with new energy. How about you? Are you growing and getting ready to blossom?

    Your mind is a limitless garden-feeding it creates new possibilities for growth.

   Your own comfort zones can be a stagnation point for your thinking and growth. Push out of that zone. One way to shake up your thought processes and make a leap in thinking is to challenge some of the assumptions you already have. 

  Try reading things that are contrary your own opinions. Take a different route to work, learn something new. New discoveries are very nourishing for your brain and help you blossom in many ways. Keep growing--happy blooming!
