Stress relief doesn't have to be complicated. Just being out in nature and sunlight can really improve your mood, and bring you a whole big batch of vitamin D!
One of the very best ways to maximize this natural stress relief is to simply sit. Yes, I said sit, be still and tune in to the power around you. Spend a little time just noticing. Notice the sounds, the flowers and trees. If you are near water, notice that, too.
Now pay attention to your body for a moment, letting go of tight muscles and the problems of the day. Just notice what's around you right now. If you are outside with kids, this may be harder, but often getting them to notice nature is calming for them as well.
So sit-notice-relax and go back to your indoor life refreshed from borrowing a little green power--and it's free!

HR departments and recruitment professionals are very good at scanning those locations and can find tweets, blog posts, photos, and other online stuff that knocks you out of contention for a job.
