What do you need to let go of?
January 2010--a whole new year! It's a great time to curl up and take a look at how your life is right now. What's working? What needs attention? Where are you spending your time?
It's hard to move ahead in your life if you have a big load of yesterdays holding you back. Sometimes, what you thought you wanted in the past doesn't match anything in your life now. Are you hanging on to old goals, ideas, relationships, even clothing that no longer fits your life? Be honest with yourself.
Make a list of everything you are leaving behind, a gift to 2009. Then think about what you want 2010 to look like. Thank You to the Rich Chicks Elves!
Paying it Forward Brings Joy
This year was the largest team of elf helpers--EVER! Thirty-five people worked feverishly through snow, ice and cold to create a very special holiday for one disadvantaged family. That family came back from a preplanned outing on the evening of December 24 to a home filled with food, furniture, other basic items they needed and lots of surprise gifts. What a difference it made in everyone's lives--givers and receivers alike. Thanks again to all of you who donated, delivered and arranged the Christmas event.
