About Us
We understand how belief systems fit into pocketbooks.
RICH CHICKS' goal is to create success stories every single day. Founded in 1998, we combine group education, personal coaching, and community resources to create a program that is stellar.
RICH CHICKS is about women, and we understand the special relationships women have with wealth and prosperity. We've monitored the way women grow in a financial prosperity model and we've recorded that transition through our levels of learning. Our staff is trained to recognize what skills are needed and assign the correct tools that will allow women will move to the next level of achievement.
RICH CHICKS is a resource center for educators, mentors, and advocates. Our seminars and coaching staff provide useful techniques that place women directly in front of the flow of money.

Volunteers Needed
Be a volunteer on the SUPERCHICK GALA committee. The GALA and presentation of awards to our SUPER CHICKS is on October 10, 2009. Volunteering for this committee is a great way to get to go to the most amazing party in town!
Volunteers are also needed for the Welcome Home Project that helps women get out of the shelter and into their own homes.

It's June--Time to Get Your Savings In Tune!
June is a month to get in tune with what is really making your budget tick or tank.
The year is half over and optimism oozes in the warm air. Sunny days are ripe for some good old fashioned asset reviews while you are relaxing.
To help you gauge where you should be in the saving game, here are the poverty guidelines for minimum savings: For each person in your family you should be putting away at least $1 a day in each of their names. So a family of five living in poverty ( under 25K) should be putting away $30 for each person to cover basic emergencies and education costs before they pay any bill. If every person can follow this just this one guideline, we will send each newborn child to college with $6,570.
If you have nothing in savings, then June is the time to re-think the way you approach savings and move up to poverty level savings goals! If you want to LIVE RICH you know that even the smallest amount of change can lead to big results over time.
If you have done a great job at building some cash reserves, congratulations! For you, June is the time to look at secondary types of longer-term savings accounts like money market accounts, bond funds, and certificates of deposit.
Money in the bank buys more than just stuff, it buys CHOICE. Treat yourself to as much bargaining power as you can by strengthening your nest egg and you will feel a lot more secure. Remember--if you have a problem that can be solved with money- you do not have a problem- you have an expense.

My 2% change was writing down my 2% changes and letting them pile up as the accomplishments they really were. I jot down some of the things I do to create sustained wealth like: I sold my kids old toys and added it to their college funds, or when I started a matching program that every dollar my kids put away for college I would match it with one of my own, or that I would make 10 new personal contacts each month to increase my network and my net worth. I give thanks for those who sent me contacts, paychecks, and emotional well being.
RICH CHICKS are conduits of change. I knew I needed to allow 2% change to go one step further and build a prosperity momentum. So when I was done with these little jotted notes it was time to send them on to the next leg of their journey. At the end of the year I send these messages to the person that was named in the 2% change. People are thrilled to get a message from the network about their worth.
So for every one of you that forwards our newsletter to your friends, raves about our classes, sponsors the programs we give, pays to come to our events and classes, or helps us with our message that "wealth is about a lot more than just money" send me a note and I will add it to my 2% changes for the year or I may just add it to the newsletter.

Family reunions are just around the corner and RICH CHICKS has a GREAT space that sleeps 12, but has room for lots more because it has 1.5 acres of gorgeous land attached to it. Imagine--one lake out front and another one out back!
