Our goal is to create success stories every single day.
Founded in 1998 by two financial advisors, we combine group education, personal
coaching, and community resources to create a program that is stellar.
RICH CHICKS is about women, and we understand the special relationships women have with wealth and
prosperity. We've
monitored the way women grow in a financial prosperity model and we've recorded that transition through our levels of learning. Our staff is
trained to recognize what skills are needed and assign the correct
tools that will allow women will move to the next level of achievement.
We are a resource center for educators, mentors, and advocates. Our
seminars and coaching staff provide useful techniques that place women
directly in front of the flow of money.
We understand how belief systems fit into pocketbooks.

Volunteer
Be a volunteer on the SUPERCHICK GALA committee that starts in the spring. The GALA and presentation of awards to our SUPER CHICKS is on October 10, 2009. Volunteering for this committee is a great way to get to go to the most amazing party in town!
Volunteers are also needed for the Welcome Home Project that helps women get out of the shelter and into their own homes.

This class is a master-level class--expect advanced concepts and growing pains! So worth it!
As women grow into higher earning potentials, the unspoken rules for success change. Implied meanings that women may not be aware of and personal positioning as a whole person becomes just as important as a written resume. Many women are left to figure out how to bridge the gap between where they are now and where they need to go.
Overall Objectives: Understanding the gap of growth and connecting women with the tools needed to construct a lifestyle which includes personal values, current resources and social position. At the end of the class series, participants will connect their personal values and areas of growth and create a plan for a new monetary identity; one that realizes a holistic and prosperous standard of living.
Session #1: Understanding the Gap
Objective: Participants will be able to describe their own gap by identifying old patterns and reward systems that no longer fit.
Session #2: Value Based Lifestyle
Objective: Identify their top 5 values, and describe how or what resources are being directed towards their values.
Session #3: Life-Force Energy
Objective: Participants will be able to identify the importance of their time in relation to their values.
Session #4: Monetary Identity, Part 1
Objectives: Participants will be able to recognize the multitude of monetary relationships and describe how their time, resources, and values create an identity.
Session #5: Monetary Identity Part 2
Objectives: Participants will be able to create a holistic monetary identity that corresponds with their current values, resources and goals.
Session #6: Pulling it Together and Moving Forward
Objectives: Participants will generate a goal plan, a "gap map" for closing their gap by integrating values into their monetary identity.
Dates: May 20, 27; June 3, 10, 17, and 24
