Bishop's Office Weekly
  September 12, 2012

May even my anger be loving truth, not bitterness.
May my delight be not in getting, but in sharing.
With you living in me, may I be kind,
tenderhearted and forgiving,
as you have forgiven me.

~ Pastor Steve Garnaas-Holmes

FEATURED VIDEO
Singing the Camp Stevens Song
Camp Stevens Song: At the 60th Anniversary ceremony for Camp Stevens, this melody helped the outdoor congregation express its appreciation for our diocesan camp. Thanks to Sandia Tuttle for representing our diocese so well in song.

Lyrics: All hail to Camp Stevens! Our memories are of you.
Your tall pines, your great oaks, your valleys so green
Where God walks beside us and youth is invited,
to hear the call, to know the Christ, and make him known.

FEASIBILITY STUDY

Thank you one and all for your participation in the diocesan-wide feasibility study! The Episcopal Church Foundation sent the surveys, both electronic and paper versions over the weekend. Erin@episcopalfoundation.org sent the electronic version. Please check your spam folder  and complete the 20 minute survey by September 21. The more responses we receive, the more accurate our findings will be. Thank you in advance for participating!
