Report Sexual Misconduct
As part of our ongoing commitment to creating a safe haven for everyone, please be reminded that our diocese values the tenet of our baptismal covenant to "respect the dignity of every human being." Part of the way we live into that is to train people in the prevention of sexual misconduct. Another part that goes hand-in-hand with training is reporting incidences of sexual misconduct. Our bishop, the Rt. Rev. James R. Mathes, takes reports seriously and investigates them thoroughly and confidentially. If you believe you have experienced sexual misconduct of any kind, please contact Bishop Mathes immediately: bishopmathes@edsd.org, 619-481-5450.

Episcopal Relief & Development is the compassionate response of the Episcopal Church to human suffering in the world. However it is the NSKK's desire to stand with all people there and to do whatever we can to support them," said Archbishop Nathaniel Makoto Uematsu. "I would like to express my utmost gratitude for the prayers and warm words which were sent to me from everybody. I would like you to continue to pray for the ongoing relief and restoration work."

A Seder for Christians | |
Seder: a shared celebration
|
Every Spring two major faith groups observe their most important events of the year. For Judaism, it is the Feast of the Passover; for Christians, it is the activities of Holy Week, including the Last Supper, the Crucifixion, and the Resurrection of Jesus (Easter).
These religious observances share themes and history that focus on liberation and salvation. Interpreting the Seder-the central ritual of the Passover-so that Christians can understand its meaning enriches our lives and faith.
The Seder at St. Timothy's will include the traditional narration of the Passover story (the Haggadah); special songs; and symbolic foods, such as the Charoset, a mix of apples, nuts, and honey representing the mortar used by the Hebrew slaves. Church members will prepare and serve a full meal for the Seder.
The Seder at St. Timothy's is a family event open to all members of the community.
Please call 858-538-1267 if you will need child care during the event.
Wednesday, April 13 St. Timothy's Episcopal Church 10125 Azuaga Street, San Diego, 92129 6:30pm - 8:00pm
