The new grid of humanity has arrived and is showing up in our 3D lives as water. Water is everywhere. Water speaks to our soul as knowing, understanding in our need to be fluid in our emotional body because there is much clearing to be done.

The very core of our being human is now being rewired into a more blended, peaceful, entrainment with the higher heart. This does bring us peace while opening us up to know that all is well, and it also brings about a greater degree of wisdom.

The key word for July is connection. In fact, we have already begun to explore deep and abiding connection through the aspects of our lives that feel disconnected, fragmented and out of alignment with our soul's purpose.

The key element of this time of water is to allow whatever is happening in your life to flow. No resistance is called for.

As the flowing of emotions, happenings, through those wondrous times of both disconnects and re-connecting is taking place, also remember to play.

The expression of joy is what fully anchors the new grid into the body. As you do, don't be surprised if grief shows up right along side these higher overtones. You're just experiencing the gift of release and integration.

For those of us that have stepped through the doorway of our truest heart, we recognize the new inner terrain. We have opened the door to a new life, new way of being in the world, and there is not turning back.

We are in the land of total possibility, which is why the shedding of so many tears was necessary. Without that period of releasing of the human heart, we could not have withstood the immeasurable expansion that has just occurred.

Take the time to allow yourself to rest. Rest in the knowing of oneness. Relax into this new terrain. It is rich with light forms and unboundedness.

During a recent trip to the Shandandoah mountains to find a waterfall deep in the forest, the trees started talking to me. Wherever I go lately, the trees have been telling me things about humanity. They have so much to share.
There is no way to describe the power of Mother Nature to heal and transform our lives. I am constantly in awe of her readiness to co-create at will. Please take time to find your way to stand beneath a canopy of trees, or to sit next to a waterfall deep in the woods, or perhaps watch the sun rise or set.  Even if it is for just a moment in time, appreciate the natural beauty around you.
Enjoy Mother Nature. She has much to share, especially during this time of great transition. You'll thank yourself later.
