12th Annual Day of Caring 

Our goal is to create long-lasting changes that prevent problems from happening in the first place.  We invite you to be part of the change, so join TODAY to help at the 12th Annual Day of Caring on Friday, September 23, 2011.

This year's Day of Caring project is renovating Churches Assisting People (CAP) in downtown Conway, along with sprucing up A Father's Place and Horry County Disabilities & Special Needs in the Conway area.

Day of Caring Canned Food Drive 

Let's stock the pantry for CAP! We are asking each Day of Caring Volunteer to bring a canned food item from the list below to help CAP. This is also a great way to get your whole company involved in Day of Caring by conducting a canned food drive a few weeks before and bring all the items with you on Friday, September 23rd. 

Items: Oatmeal, Pork-n-Beans, Pinto Beans, Instant Potatoes, Mac-n-Cheese, Rice, Canned Soup, Canned Veggies, Canned Meat, Canned Fruit, Cereal, Peanut Butter, Jelly, Deodorant, Toothpaste & Bars of Soap.  

Day of Caring Yard Sale 

Have items in your kitchen, storage room, garage, etc that you have been wanting to get rid of? 

Donate those items to the Day of Caring Yard Sale!! All proceeds from the yard sale will go directly to CAP for emergency services.  We are looking for household items, books, appliances, shoes, accessories, blankets, kids toys, hangers, etc.- anything you would like to donate. Start collecting and bring all items with you on Friday, September 23rd.
