Today's Word from Marty and Jessica
My grandmother use to say, "Show me your children and I'll tell you who you are." Sometimes it's very difficult to reflect the work God is doing in us at home because we're relaxed in front of our families, our mask is down and the behavior we display with friends and co-workers is very different from the way we act and react with those closest to us. God intended to reflect His workmanship in us at all times, no matter where we are or who we are with, especially with those that are the closest to us. As I read David's Psalm (Psalm 101) I cannot help but think that he must have been experiencing some of the same challenges we face at home. Like how we react when we hit our finger with a hammer, or someone cuts us off, or a neighbor's dog tramples your newly planted garden, or someone moved the TV remote control. Make it a point today to pray that God will help you reflect His incredible power of love, especially, in front of those who know you best. The fact is, you're really not the same anymore and He has given you everything you need to let those closest to you see that with God, All Things Really Are Possible! Have the best week ever!

A Prayer for Today
Heavenly Father, as You continue Your work in me and as I mature more and more each day, may those closest to me see that You are so close, so real and so powerful that only You God could ever achieve these marvelous changes in my life. May my family and friends long to have what You are offering them as You display and reflect the Power of Your Love for them through me. In Jesus' Name I pray. Amen!
