Today's Word from Marty and Jessica
Whenever you find yourself messing up, ask God to forgive you and then move on with your life, confident that the very moment you asked, God forgave you. Not only does God forgive you when you ask, but He also chooses not to remember your "mess-ups". When somebody keeps bringing up negative incidents from your past, you know that's not from God. Actually, He doesn't even keep a record of it. God isn't going to flip back through His files and say, "Wait! I found something here back in 1999. I can't bless you."
No, it doesn't work like that. As far as God is concerned you don't have a past. It's forgiven, forgotten and long gone. Get ready for some special days ahead. God let go of the past. The question is: will you let it go? Will you stop remembering what God has chosen to forget? If you do, you can expect an abundance of blessings as you begin to work with God.
