PUSH
Prayer is essential if you're ever going to have a spiritual breakthrough in your life. Communication in any relationship is vital to it's longevity, prosperity and productivity.
Have you ever lived or worked with someone who doesn't speak with you, someone who just seems to not be there? It's not only awkward it's downright uncomfortable. Although their is another human-being in the room you feel alone as though there is something very wrong. Friend, let me tell you, if you're in a situation like this, there is something very wrong. Notice I didn't say "relationship".
Do you know many times we treat God like that? Here we are on His planet, enjoying His blessings and yet we sometimes grow "silent" on Him. The Bible says "No matter where you go you can't escape God." He is with us all the time and He longs for conversation, even just a few words letting Him know you acknowledge His presence in your life. God is interested in your day, your relationships, your finances, your health, wealth and welfare. He longs for fellowship with you and He wants more than anything to deposit His Wisdom in your every day life.
When you pray, you're opening the door to a Spiritual breakthrough in your life. You're opening the door to blessings and provision, you're fueling the fire. When you pray you're actually communicating with the Creator of EVERYTHING that is, was and and shall ever be. Imagine?
So, take the second step (He took the first in creating you) and begin thanking God for everything. Tell Him the good, the not so good, and the in-between and remember to PUSH (Pray Until Something Happens) and don't be silent any longer. . . . He's waiting to hear your voice. He created you to have a relationship that will never end.
