Ayurvedic Retreat October 14-16, 2011

Hello All,

I'm very excited to tell you about our third annual Ayurvedic Retreat with world-renowned Ayurvedic cookbook author, Ayurvedic Polarity Therapy teacher and Ayurvedic practitioner Amadea Morningstar!

Amadea side

Joining us from Santa Fe, New Mexico, Amadea brings to us a new weekend workshop --

Ayurvedic Cleansing and Rejuvenation, 6 p.m., Friday, Oct. 14 through

2 p.m., Sunday, October 16.

Come into the autumn clear and strong! Take a break from unproductive patterns and learn how to replace them with actions that will serve you better. Eat delicious and nutritious cleansing Ayurvedic foods and juices. Connect with the elements inside and out on the beautiful farmland, including nature walks around the treeline and streams. We'll be moving with yoga, reflecting on our lives, and learning about self care, including marma therapy for strengthening ojas, our vital energy cushion. Bring loose comfortable clothes, a journal, and watercolors, or colored pencils and a sketch pad, if you like.

Our weekend takes place at Fox Haven Farm in Middletown, just outside of Frederick, Maryland. Amadea and Susan will co-leadfox haven 2 this weekend.
