Hello Baltimore IONS Members!

Our next meeting will be held on Monday, April 11, at 7 p.m.  Because there are two other events at breathe books on this evening, the meeting will be held in the store.

Meditation is our topic for April's discussion. IONS members Matt Willett and Charles Myers will discuss several different types of meditation, research on its beneficial effects, and brainwave entrainment with meditation CDs.  meditation alex gray

Meditation can help one focus, clear and purify the mind, help one get in touch with higher mental and spiritual dimensions, and even to enter altered states of consciousness. Many creative and societal leaders have credited meditation with providing them with their greatest insights. Whether you are new to meditation or are an experienced meditator, feel welcome to join the evening's discussion.

Next Bookclub Meeting: Monday, May 16, 7 p.m.
