Tuesday, February 8, 2011

Hello All,

The wind is howling! But thankfully the puppy is not. Little Ella is sleeping peacefully in her create at the moment. Boy, is she ever a little 12-pound ball of energy! Keeps her mommy and daddy hopping...

So I just wanted to mention an online newsletter that I've recently subscribed to -

The Baltimore Brew.

I really love the hometown coverage -- something I've  been missing in Baltimore, but have now found here!

This Baltimore-centric daily web journal is filled with news, culture and commentary about the city. The Brew is a kitchen table operation staffed by real journalists who try and supply some of what's missing these days in the media landscape. Brew covers city neighborhoods, politics, development, planning, education and much more.

If you haven't read it before, give it a try - I think you'll really enjoy the look, feel and coverage!

And I hope to see you at my meditation class Thursday night! Come and sit with us -- no experience necessary. One of my purposes in life is to teach people to meditate and have them incorporate this transformative practice into their life. Thursday at 6:30 - 7:30. See details below.

I'll be in the shop all day Wednesday, Friday and Saturday! Would love to see you.

Susan

p.s. Check out two new classes this week: Change of Seasons transitions workshop and Zumba Dance! Details in the events listings below...and on the website breathebooks.com
