Hello All!

Tranquilista... how to master the art of enlightened work and mindful play. In other words, how to have fun, be creative, aspire, inspire and look good doing it! The author of this cool little book, Kimberly Wilson, will be here tonight, Wednesday, March 31 at 7 p.m. Join us for this free talk!

And Jenn has been inspired to begin a new group here at breathe.  We had such a good time at James Wanless's Year of the Empress event, and found that we all had such amazing stories to share, that Jenn has decided we need to keep it going! Join us on Tuesday, April 13th, 7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. for a potluck meet-and-greet celebrating our new Women's Group! More details below.

Sharon Kay leads us in a Sacred Circle Trance Dance on Thursday night and  Steve and Yeshe Clark offer a new mindfulness class on Saturday.

Next week you'll want to make time for an intriguing talk by the author of Full Body Presence with Suzanne Skurlock-Durana. Many teachers stress the importance of living in the present moment. Few give the actual practices to make it attainable. This book teaches you how to return to the incredible navigational system of the body and more fully inhabit each moment. Free talk on Thursday, April 8.

And take a look at our new QuickLink on the right: Sharing Wellness is a source of ad-free wellness information, and includes our practitioners! Visit the site and let us know what you think!

I'm so excited about all we have going on this spring...Greg Mortenson (Three Cups of Tea) at the Meyerhoff, Rick Levy (Heal Yourself), and Bruce Feiler (The Council of Dads: My Daughters, My Illness, and the Men Who Could Be Me) at the JCC, and Annie Leonard and The Story of Stuff. Details to come about all these events...

Throughout all this and more, I'll be planning a wedding...mine! I'm getting married in the fall, so if I seem a bit busier than usual, that's why!

My fiancé, Larry Bohlen, and I are thrilled to share our happiness with you and I thank all of you who have already offered us mazal tovs and good wishes.

Hag Sameah (Happy Passover holiday), Good Easter and Happy Full Moon to all!

love,

susan
