It's been about a week since we unveiled the new breathe layout, and we couldn't be happier. Thanks so much to everyone who came in to see it and offer their congratulations -- we're glad you like it! If you haven't been in yet, you're in for a treat. There's more space to browse, and more seating to browse the books you find, plus more great products are on their way in. We are also now proud to serve Common Ground coffee, along with our usual offering of tea; wi-fi is coming soon!
Some of you have noticed a new book in the store: Green P*rno, by the amazing actress Isabella Rossellini! The book comes with a DVD of her hilariously informative short films of the same title. Unfortunately she's filming in Italy, but the next best thing to having her here is a Screening & Costume Party on Thursday, January 28, from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Come in costume to get 10% off the book and DVD set; plus, we have bookplates signed by Rossellini for your book! More details below.
This week is full of great events: tonight, Aurora will channel the Great Mothers from 7 p.m. - 9 p.m.; tomorrow, Thursday, Sharon Kay is in-house for healing sessions, and Mandala Movie Night is at 7 p.m. Then on Friday, Tanja will be on-hand for individual Reiki sessions, and you can relax for the weekend with Josh and Andrea at 6 p.m. Ty Ford is offering a Chakra Balancing and Lucid Dreaming workshop on Saturday, and Sue will teach a Yoga Nidra class at 4 p.m. On Monday, our newest practitioner Margit Willems is offering individual sessions of Singing Bowl Sound/Energy Healing -- learn more about her on our "meet our practitioners" page. And we are now taking sign-ups for Elizabeth Foley's Angel
Healing Practitioner© Certification Program which takes place on March 6th and 7th. the cost is $400 (early bird of $350 if paid in full by Feb. 12). The course
encourages you to get in touch with and understand your intuition, read energy
and to conduct angel readings confidently and to
learn how to work with the angels for healing. You will also discover the ways
in which the angelic realm communicates with you and learn to receive messages,
information and Divine guidance and healing from the
angels.
As many of you know, Elizabeth is truly an incredible and generous teacher. For the first time she is offering this certification program and we hope you will be able to take advantage of it! She will also be offering individual readings on Friday, March 5 and Monday, March 8.

Ty is a recent graduate of Arlyn Kline's Chakra
Balancing class at the Tai Sophia Ins titute. Join him for guided
