APRIL 15 2007: REMEMBERING TOTO'...
|
|
...on the 40th Anniversary of his death
40 years ago Antonio de Curtis closed his
eyes forever, leaving us with that
wonderful, funny, deep, unforgettable
character called Toto'.
You’ll
see, after I die and I cannot bother anyone
any longer, everyone will say that if I weren’t
dead I would be perfect for movies, that
nobody else could have been better than me
for this or that character. Doesn’t it always
work out this way in Italy? This is a beautiful
country, but you have to die in order to be
understood.
