...on the 40th Anniversary of his death

40 years ago Antonio de Curtis closed his eyes forever, leaving us with that wonderful, funny, deep, unforgettable character called Toto'.

You’ll see, after I die and I cannot bother anyone any longer, everyone will say that if I weren’t dead I would be perfect for movies, that nobody else could have been better than me for this or that character. Doesn’t it always work out this way in Italy? This is a beautiful country, but you have to die in order to be understood.

KIT-Kairos Italy Theater was founded in 2002 in New York. KIT's mission is to create a cultural exchange program between Italy, the US and the international community, to unveil artistic and creative sides of these two countries to the world. In the States, Kairos Italy Theater is dedicated to spread the Italian Culture and to create an Italian Culture Network in order to maintain and grow the knowledge of Italy in the States.
