- Compliance Orders and Written Undertakings - Regulatory requirements and case law;
- Labour Brokers and Temporary Employment Agencies - Reporting requirements;
- Remuneration and equal pay for equal work disputes - case law;
- Numerical Goals and Targets - Using relevant EAP data;
- Developing an Employment Equity Plan - what should it contain - Regulatory requirements, Department of Labour Assessments and Labour Court criteria;
- Important Labour Court decisions on promotion, disability, discrimination and compliance disputes.

IMPLEMENTING EMPLOYMENT EQUITY IN A COMPANY
This workshop will enable you to Implement an Employment Equity programme in your company and will assist you in developing your companies Employment Equity Plan. It will equip you with the ability to find, evaluate, and use information from a variety of sources. It will also equip you with the guidelines to establishing a piratical approach, a basic knowledge of the Employment Equity Act, Basic Conditions of Employment Act, and Labour Relations Act.
EMPLOYMENT EQUITY COMMITTEE WORKSHOP - NQF Level 4
This workshop is designed to help you set up and self-administer an employment equity plan. Covering the Employment Equity Act, and reviewing international equity plans and diversity programmes, this extensive 2 day workshop delivers solid, practical advice to help you through the process. It carefully outlines the roles and responsibilities of the EE Committee.
