March Webinar Focused on Changeover
CPA's next webinar, Fast and Furious Almost Never Wins the Changeover Race--taking place March 20 at 10:00 a.m. CST, and presented by John Henry, Changeover.com--will give you the scoop on effective changeover. With as many as 8 product/package changes per line per shift, contract packagers must constantly strive to maximize the efficiency of changeovers and minimize the time, labor and cost of these critical operations. Seasoned packaging operations managers and line operators both will learn how practice and thought can streamline ops and boost the bottom line.

Suppliers and CPA
If you are a supplier with a corporate customer, you have one customer. If you are a supplier with a contract packager as a customer, that relationship brings you many customers. The Contract Packaging Association welcomes Associate Members (suppliers) because the relationship between copackers and their suppliers is such a close one and so important.
