What's in the State of the Industry Report?

In the 2011 State of the Contract Packaging Industry Report, 57% of contract packagers responding reported that less than 25% of their customers require on-line access to its products and order status. However, about 40% of respondents have on-line shipping, inventory and order information sharing with their customers. More detailed data and analysis of electronic data access across the industry are available in the report.

The report contains substantial detailed data not available anywhere else that can be a useful tool as contract packagers plan for the future. The report is available to CPA Members for $1,500, to Associate Members for $1,000 and to non-members for $2,500.
