Shera's Formula for Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times

 1. Drink lots of water-  And first thing in the morning add fresh lemon.

2. Keep your diet as akaline as possible- (that means limit/eliminate: meat, coffee,alcohol, sugar). Invest in Superfoods. Eat live, organic foods

3. Maintain a daily practice: yoga meditation, and movement.

4. Facilitate and Engage in Essential Dialogs™. Join a women's or
men 's circle. True authenticity comes from uncompromised honesty while being witnessed in supportive containers.

5.Be curious and inclusive. Expand your sense of what community is or could be. Take time to look in someone's eyes ..find out who and how they really are- move beyond "I'm fine"
 
6. Perform what I call   "karmic root canals". . Get to the absolute core of any limiting belief that is not the Truth of Who you Are. Use
Access Consciousness,  EFT,  Heartmath® , and all other tools available to you.

7.Practice Kindness, Be Vulnerable, Share Compassion- Avoid Judgments, Criticism, & Gossip.
 
8. Actively listen twice as much as you speak. Ask yourself, "How can I serve this person?"

9. Forgive yourself and others often. 

10.Affirm feelings of gratitude everyday.

11. Give Stuff  Away!  Share alot, especially your Heart!

12. Breathe in Love-Breathe out Fear
Smile Inside. You'll feel better.

With this auspicious year of 2012 coming to a rapid close (is it really October!?), I hear many of you have been on an exhilarating ride of OPPORTUNITY, CREATION, SURRENDER & TRUST as you move (or are sometimes rolfed) into more alignment with your purpose, vision, passions, and service. I certainly have been, and learning so much along the way. I believe true success is more about what we are learning, and how we are evolving and serving, than about our non-stop external accomplishments and achievements.

With that said, amidst my 2012 speaking engagements, webinar delivery, social media consulting, event planning and a wonderful 10-day Vipassana (silent) retreat, I birthed a new service. Her name is Elegant Organization (read more below).
 
And for those of you wondering if you're going to make it through the 2012 Birth Canal, I'm sharing Shera's Formula for Staying Aligned in Uncertain Times.

It feels good to be returning to the speaking and teaching circuit both in webinar and live platforms.

Seeking a New Home
As some of you know, I have been living the principles of Elegant Organization for the past few years.

Now that I have much less stuff, more freedom and inner peace, I would love to find a charming cottage or in-law to rent within a community OR possibly join a few other spiritually mature, healthy, grounded, creative change agents in an already established, clean, uplifting, peaceful home. Love growing edibles. Some storage and high speed internet essential.

Being community-oriented, I've  lived with others most of my adult life here and internationally- love children and pets, although I don't come with either.
Rent negotiable and  open to offering professional services for partial exchange.  Also open to a long term property management/ housesit/petsit/ opportunities.
