 This week's focus point - Happy Birthday America.! This week's memo is simply my opportunity to wish this great country a happy 234th birthday. I truly believe we are blessed to live in a country dedicated to freedom and opportunity. We may not be perfect, but remember it's about success, not perfection. I promised no links on this weekly memo, however on this occasion I'm going to relent. The following video is a poignant reading of the Declaration of Independence by a cadre of actors led by Morgan Freeman. The document was meant to be read aloud for all to hear.
