Christel Seyfarth Amazing kits from Denmark
I am working on one of these kits and you can follow the progress on my blog. Many people have mentioned that they thought these shawls and jackets are too hard to knit. This isn't the case - You are fair isle knitting (carrying the colours as you work) using only two colours in a row.
- You are working in the round so every row is knit.
- When you are done you are going to cut your work. This is called Steeking. I know that this scares knitters but it is easy to do.
Large Poppy Shawl | When I have my shawl knit and am ready to cut I will be holding an open house in the store. You can come and watch me cut!! Bird Jacket | You can find the kits on the website under Featured Patterns-Christel Seyfarth. Flower Power Coat | |
